In property management, amenities are the name of the game. With the Fitness Center being one of their most popular amenities, BECO Management was ready for a bold update to this space including the latest equipment.
Impact
The addition of bright wall murals with inspirational messaging compliments the new equipment, including Peloton bikes and the Mirror. A marketing campaign including a grand opening event with personal trainers on-site was used to spread awareness of the Fitness Center updates to building tenants and increase overall use.
